Opening New Doors: The Next Chapter

At Two Doors Down Productions, doors have always been at the heart of everything we do. They’re a metaphor for the connections we make, the opportunities we create, and the stories we uncover.

Today, we’re excited to announce a bold new chapter, as we’re proud to unveil our refreshed brand identity, and launch two distinct divisions: TDD Productions and TDD Films.

This evolution reflects our growth as a creative agency and our commitment to producing work that resonates deeply with audiences (whether it’s for brands, communities, or the big screen).

TDD Productions: Video Production, Creative Strategy, and Authentic Storytelling

TDD Productions is the full-service creative video agency you already know. We’ve built a reputation for helping clients tell stories that are both visually stunning and emotionally authentic. With a focus on video production, creative strategy, and storytelling, TDD Productions partners with brands, organizations, and agencies to bring ideas from concept to completion.

Our approach is rooted in listening first. We work closely with our clients to understand both their goals and their audience, then craft narratives that spark connection. That could mean producing a global campaign for a sustainability initiative, filming a brand documentary in a remote corner of the world, or helping a startup bring its mission to life on screen.

TDD Productions specializes in:

  • Branded Content and Commercials: Videos that showcase brands with authenticity and creativity.

  • Corporate Storytelling: Human-centric films that capture company culture and purpose.

  • Event and Experiential Coverage: Dynamic visuals that extend the impact of live experiences.

  • Social Campaigns: Short-form content designed for engagement across digital platforms.

Every project is supported by our trusted global creative community of producers, cinematographers, editors, and designers who share our passion for storytelling. Whether we’re filming in New York City, London, or Southeast Alaska, our goal is the same: to deliver work that is thoughtful, beautiful, and uniquely true to each client’s vision.

TDD Films: Our Documentary Studio

While TDD Productions focuses on client work, TDD Films is dedicated to our growing slate of independent documentary projects. This division gives us the space to tell stories that we’re passionate about. Stories that shine a light on people, communities, and histories that deserve to be seen.

We currently have three feature-length documentaries in production:

  1. Tide and Table: This film follows chef Alisa Jestel in the small fishing town of Petersburg, Alaska. It’s a story about food, family, and the ways a community sustains itself in one of the most beautiful and challenging environments on earth. The film will premiere in November, with a planned community screening in Petersburg and submissions to documentary festivals nationwide.

  2. Heartwood: Set in Arcadia Valley, Missouri, this film captures the history and heart of a 100-year-old high school basketball tournament. Heartwood is about more than sports. It’s about tradition, resilience, and the way a small-town event can connect generations.

  3. Away With Murder: Our newest project explores a decades-old unsolved crime that continues to haunt those affected. With a mix of investigative journalism and personal storytelling, this documentary dives deep into how justice can be delayed, and what it means for families seeking closure.

TDD Films is not just about documenting reality, it’s about giving a voice to real people and framing their experiences in a way that can drive empathy and change. Our hope is that these films find homes not only at festivals and streaming platforms, but also in classrooms, community centers, and living rooms where they can spark dialogue.

Why This Evolution Matters

As our team has grown, so has our ambition. We realized that to best serve our clients and our creative passions, we needed to create dedicated lanes for both.

TDD Productions will continue to be the trusted creative partner for organizations seeking expert video production and strategy. TDD Films provides a focused home for our documentary work, allowing these stories the time and space they deserve.

The refreshed Two Doors Down brand identity — including our new logo featuring two open doors — is a reflection of this dual purpose. It’s a reminder that every door we open leads to new stories and new connections.

What This Means for Our Clients and Partners

If you’ve worked with us before, you’ll notice the same people and process you’ve come to trust, now with greater clarity and even sharper focus.

For brands, agencies, and organizations: TDD Productions is here to concept, produce, and deliver exceptional video work. We can manage everything from one-off projects to full campaign strategies.

For those passionate about documentary film: TDD Films is our creative studio, where we’ll be sharing updates, trailers, and opportunities to get involved as our films move toward release.

We also see exciting possibilities for cross-pollination. Clients who value storytelling often become supporters of our documentaries, and the lessons we learn in the field time and again enrich the work we do for brands.

Looking Ahead

We’re energized by what’s next. Tide and Table will wrap filming this fall and is scheduled to premiere in November. Heartwood and Away With Murder are deep in production and will be a major focus for 2026 and beyond.

On the TDD Productions side, we’re continuing to produce projects across the U.S. and internationally, from global sustainability campaigns to intimate founder stories.

The launch of TDD Films isn’t just a new logo on the door. It’s a commitment to doing more of what we love most: telling stories that matter.

Thank you to the clients, collaborators, and communities who have opened doors for us. We can’t wait to open even more together.
